For the first time since Changes in 2008, Rusty is proud to release Revival, a full-length surf film capturing two years of hard-charging waves, unforgettable journeys, and the unique personalities that define our team. What started as a “seek forgiveness, not permission” experiment evolved into something extraordinary, with our crew stashing away the best clips—while keeping the project under wraps—until the footage spoke for itself.

Our team is anything but ordinary. Revival kicks off with Ollie Henry, a West Oz powerhouse whose energy drives him into some of the world’s heaviest breaks. Jacob “Zeke” Szekely, bold and fearless, adds a spark that only he can bring. Wade Carmichael, with his quiet wisdom and knowledge of the ocean, is the steady force behind the scenes. And then there’s Letty Mortensen, whose memory of 5,000 stunning clips shows just how epic the journey has been.

Together, they’re the “Voltron” we envisioned—distinct, quirky, and united by a shared love of the sea. This film is more than a showcase of their talent; it’s a tribute to what it means to push limits, break boundaries, and create something unforgettable.

Good-Epic: CT Stars Smash Supertubos

It’s been a funny season at Supertubos. Lots of swell with lots of wrong wind means that world-class stretch of sand has had a fairly quiet time across the winter. It’s looking better, but the WSL had to relocate from their Supers perch to nearby Molhe Leste to get through the first rounds of competition.

Before this stretch of the Championship Tour kicked off, the world’s best surfers were getting to grips with European beachbreaks again, in all kinds of conditions. “In the run up to the event starting it was good Supertubos, nothing crazy,” said our on-the-ground lens Helio Antonio. “But they make anything look so easy.” Here, we’ve got Italo Ferreira (let’s not forget his Wave of the Day last season), Jordy Smith, Jack Robinson, Tati Weston-Webb and more.
