Time for more shredqueens to shine: Girls Shred Session Mayrhofen, February 15, 2020

On February 15, 2020 the QParks Girls Shred Sessions come to Penken Park in Mayrhofen and that’s definitely going to be one highlight for all shred-motivated girls. Professional tips from the female freestyle coaches, goodies and a free lunch at Grillhofalm are included.

The coaching session starts off really nice with a warm-up yoga lesson with Kim from Wild Path Yoga. When you’ve found your center, you’re open for the progression to come. Here, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a snowboarder, a freeskier, a beginner or an advanced shredqueen. Our coaches have got the right tips for each and everyone of you.

The all-female coaching is for free by the way and besides handy tips and tricks from our trainers, all participants get some sweet goodies by Mayrhofner Bergbahnen, Nikita, Boardriding, Golden Ride and Protect Our Winters. And the cherry on top comes in the form of a delicious lunch for free at Grillhofalm.

The action-packed day is being captured on film and photo by a professional media crew. So, if you’ve always wanted some nice shots of your shredding self, this is your chance.
