Peace Park 2016 Teaser | Mountain Dew x Danny Davis

Mountain Dew has teamed up once again with professional snowboarder Danny Davis and Snow Park Technologies (SPT) to create and release the newest installments of PEACE PARK – A unique concept that began five years ago when Danny Davis envisioned an opportunity to enhance the creative and stylistic culture of snowboarding by evolving the traditional halfpipe build, expanding beyond its original competition-style layout to include fun, park-like features that are inspired by both skateboarding and surfing. Each year, Danny works with Mountain Dew and SPT to help design PEACE PARK, a course like no other in the world, inviting elite riders handpicked by Danny to showcase their unique styles on the mountain. Peace Park 2016 will be televised nationally on Sunday, November 27, 2016 during ABC’s weekly ‘World of X Games’ series at 2pm ET / 1pm PT.

The cutting-edge course took 14 days to create at Sierra-At-Tahoe in California and highlights professional Mountain Dew skateboarder Sean Malto and Olympic snowboarder and DEW rider Danny Davis alongside other notable action sports athletes including professional snowboarders Jeremy Jones and Scotty Lago, and Mountain Dew skate athletes Trevor Colden, Chris Colbourn, Jordan Maxham, Nick Tucker and Micky Papa, as they push the limits of what is possible on both a skateboard and a snowboard – simultaneously! Blind Wins Team Challenge - Dew Tour Long Beach 2016

For the first time ever, Dew Tour had a team challenge where
one skater was picked from 9 teams to skate 4 different courses and their scores be tallied up to determine a winner. Watch how the Blind team represented by TJ Rogers, Trey Wood, Micky Papa and Cody McEntire took home first place.
