Halldor Helgason's 'KOZY' - Short Film

Halldor Helgason proudly introduces he's latest video project KOZY.

"KOZY was supposed to be a cozy project mainly filmed around Iceland. I became a dad on 12th of November 2020 and Covid was still booming, so it was the perfect time to explore Iceland and see what it had to offer.

I quickly got the reminder of how unpredictable the weather is in Iceland, and it was not on our side last winter. We ended up not having much snow at all and crazy windy pretty much all season but we did the best of what we had and here you have our KOZY Edit."

2021 BL BLAST OFF VIDEO CHALLENGE PRESENTED BY GOPRO

Barton Lynch: "I am stoked to announce that the 2021 BL Blast Off Video Challenge Presented by GoPro will open for submissions October 15 and run for six weeks through to November 26, 2021 the open period will be followed by finals week running through to 3 December so seven weeks of froth and coaching.

Also stoked to announce GoPro as the presenting sponsor for the Blast Off in 2021 and look forward to capturing and sharing historic moments that you kids created this year. Footage can be submitted from any time in 2021, so anything shot before 1 January 2021 will not be acceptable and footage has to have been shot this year.

Can’t wait to see what you guys have in the can. Also thanks to GoPro we have added two new categories to the judging this year the first is for the best edit using the GoPro Quick app and then an award for the “Best Edit overall, so we want to encourage and incorporate creativity and postproduction into our awards this year.
