Britt and CI Team Tour Japan Over the past several decades, Channel Islands Surfboards and the Merrick family have held close ties with Japan and its passionate surf community. In short, we love Japan! The people, the food, the vibes are all so great. With the debut of our new CI Pro shortboard model, we wanted to share our stoke for this board with Japan via a little CI Pro movie screening tour. We rallied Britt and some of the CI crew in California (Parker, Tanner, and Devon) to head over with him, where they linked up with CI Japan team riders like Mar, Kaito and Hide along the way. This video by Alex Kilauano captures the many flavorful moments from the adventure, including a dream session at the Surf Stadium wave pool with special guest Tom Carroll.
