Vans Shop Riot Belgium 2024 This past weekend, the Vans Shop Riot took over Rampaffairz Skatepark in Belgium, where skate shops went head-to-head not just in skating, but also in a waffle-eating competition, Death Race, and furthest ollie contest. Each challenge added to the teams' overall points, with the winners securing a spot in the European finals in Athens, Greece, next year. We crossed the border to capture all the chaos and let Woody soak up some classic Belgian hospitality. Check out the highlights to see who came out on top! Vans Shop Riot BELGIUM 2023 - Rampaffairz Skatepark Kortrijk Last weekend, the Belgian edition of the Vans Shop Riot went down at the Rampaffairz Skatepark in Kortrijk. A total of 20 shops made their way to the skatepark for a fun day of skating, socialising, cold beers and a try to kick the boys from Skateboutique off the throne. After a long day of heavy skateboarding, the never beaten team of Skateboutiqe did it again, and will represent Belgium during the European finals next month in Machester! Belgium Qualifier 2016 | Shop Riot | VANS The Belgian skate scene will forever associate the 15th of May 2016 with the Vans Shop Riot at Rampaffairz Skatepark, Wevelgem. A day filled with good vibes, skateboarding, finger licking food, drinks and even more skateboarding all under the burning sun. 24 of Belgium's best skate shops went toe to toe showcasing their best tricks in a fully packed skatepark. The Lockwood team comprised of Jarne Verbruggen, Phil Zwijsen & Yeelen Moens managed to consistently impress our 4 men strong judge panel in the 3 round tournament. After a very impressive final run, they took home the ticket to the European finals taking place in September, snatching the tittle from last years winner: Twits.. From a thousand beers for more than 400 throats to countless tricks for the judge's vote, one thing is for sure; it was a day to remember!
