Background: Louie Vito is many things: he’s an Olympian, he’s a Winter X Games winner, he’s a U.S. Grand Prix champion, and he’s a professional star dancer. In his teenage years, Vito moved to Vermont to pursue his love for snowboarding; he quickly joined the Stratton Mountain School, which is a respected snowboarding academy. After graduating high school, he moved to Salt Lake City, Utah.
