Challenger Rankings Update: Quest for qualification continues | EDP Ericeira Pro Jacob Willcox is currently leading the 2025 Men’s Challenger Series with 15,020 points after two events, followed by Mateus Herdy who had a huge showing in Huntington, as well as Levi Slawson who jumped 44 spots with his win at the Lexus US Open of Surfing. On the women’s side, Tya Zebrowski tops the leaderboard with 18,630 points, ahead of Sally Fitzgibbons and Yolanda Hopkins, while Nadia Erostarbe, Francesca Veselko, Teresa Bonvalot and Laura Raupp round out the top 7, all jockeying for the seven available Championship Tour spots for 2026. Game Of SURF For $100,000 Ends With SHOCKING Maneuver Welcome to Episode 5 of the Surf100 Challenge Series Presented by Pacifico, the fifth of eight battles in our $100,000 civil war. Last week, we lost our fourth surfer — Cam Richards — to Surf100’s most dreaded challenge: “The Zero Sum Game”. With Mateus Herdy, Noah Beschen, Ian Crane, and Cam Richards gone, only four surfers remain in contention: Jacob Willcox, Rasta Robb, Eithan Osborne, and Sebastian Williams. Now, let’s reveal the fourth challenge: A game of SURF (like SKATE) at Waco Surf. Similar to SKATE, played 1v1 Offense calls out their trick. If they land it, defense gets one shot to land it too. If they don’t, they get an “S”, then a “U”, and so on… The roles then switch and the other surfer calls their trick — repeating the process. This continues until the final letter, “F”, where the defensive surfer gets two shots to match the trick. If they don’t, they’re OUT 2 winners from the First Round are safe and onto the next episode 2 losers from the First Round go to the Losers Round Whoever then loses in the Losers Round, goes home.

Last Surfer To 100 Points LOSES Welcome to Episode 4 of the Surf100 Challenge Series Presented by Pacifico, the fourth of eight rounds in our $100,000 battle royale. Last week, we lost our third surfer — Ian Crane — to Surf100’s only team challenge. It was his teammate, Cam Richards, who ended up dealing the final blow. Ian wasn’t happy about it. At all. With Mateus Herdy, Noah Beschen, and Ian Crane gone, only five surfers remain in contention: Jacob Willcox, Rasta Robb, Eithan Osborne, Cam Richards, and Sebastian Williams. Of these four, only two surfers will survive into our Surf100 finale, where they’ll face two mystery surfers in a 100-minute surf-off for a chance at $100,000. Now, let’s reveal the fourth challenge: Whether by ten 10s or one hundred 1s — get your score down to zero. Episode Four: Zero Sum Game — Surfers start with 100 points. Every wave they ride is scored out of 10 (2,5,8, etc.) Each wave score gets subtracted from the starting 100 point total. The last surfer to deplete all of their points down to zero will be eliminated.
