Background: By Stab Magazine: A self-described "desert rat kid" that grew up riding dirt bikes, Grant discovered surfing much later than you'd probably guess after watching the edit above. He surfs like an ocean baby but it wasn't until around 14 that Grant donned the fibreglass and became a regular in lineups around Newport. At 23, Grant's life consists of surfing when there are waves, longboarding when there's less, and skating, shaping, and driving a giant van around town when there's none.
