Background: Finlay grew up in London, he started snowboarding at Hemel Hempstead’s snow centre at age 10. This opportunity came about after he had been skating at Bay Sixty6 since the age of 5, he was invited to a birthday party at the snow centre and was really excited to go, until it was cancelled. His next birthday, he received 4, 2 hour lessons at the snow centre
