ROXY x TEXTURED WAVES celebrate International Women's Day Since 1991, ROXY has empowered women to carve their own way across mountains & oceans. ROXY is proud to unveil a collaborative project with Textured Waves, a collective created to propagate the culture and sport of women’s surfing towards women of colour and underrepresented demographics. Shot across 12 countries by exclusively female crews, this video is a celebration of sorority and diversity in the waves. From Brazil, Hawaii and Canada to Senegal, Sri Lanka and Guatemala, discover women, young girls and mothers-to-be standing for more inclusivity in the water.

Sea Us Now Film Premiere Live Premiere of “Sea Us Now” This short brought to view by the African American female surf collective Textured Waves made in collaboration with swimwear brand The Seea. Seen through the lens of African American filmmaker Bethany Mollenkof. This film serves as an inspirational piece to future generations, that despite history we can create pathways for what we want to see for our selves, now and in the future.
