Full Recap – General Pants BOWL-A-RAMA Bondi 2018 This year's General Pants BOWL-A-RAMA Bondi was full of moments and stories to remember. We watched Keegan Palmer become the first Aussie Pro Division winner since 2005, and he was also the youngest ever at 14 years old. Sabre Norris is a year younger than Keegan, but the Novacastrian floored everyone with her win in the Women's Division, spinning 540s in her first ever major contest. The one-and-only Tony Hawk then delivered arguably his finest BOWL-A-RAMA performance to date in claiming back his Masters crown, while the Juniors proved that the gap between pro and amateur is closing every year. Where else in the world could you watch the best young up-and-comers skate alongside legends like Bucky Lasek, Rune Glifberg, Pat Ngoho and Tony Hawk? BOWL-A-RAMA 2018 is one we'll be talking about for years to come. Long may it continue. Marcus Kleveland — Perisher 2017 — Full Edit — Snowboarding, Australia There aren't many 18-year-olds who can be credited with progressing snowboarding to the extent that Marcus Kleveland has. The Norwegian phenom has been on fire lately, taking home a gold medal in Slopestyle at X Games 2017 earlier in the year, as well as a win at Winter Games NZ to start the contest season. Marcus Kleveland is already a household name in the world of snowboarding with legions of fans all over the world. His unique approach to snowboarding coupled with flawless style has earned him accolades from fans and pros alike. Marcus returned to Australia in 2017, spending a couple of weeks lapping Perisher's parks. Once again, we were lucky enough to catch up with Marcus as he blew minds on Front Valley. YES. It’s an Aussie Edit After a lengthy break from the Australian mountains, snowboarding legend and YES. Snowboards co-founder, DCP, simply could not ignore the call of the Blizzard of Oz. During his visit, DCP was treated to picture-perfect conditions at Perisher, and a taste of the Australian backcountry with Aussie team riders, Ryan Tiene, Sam “Red Dog” Neumann, and Clint Allan.
