So what happened at the Skateboarding competition at #Paris2024?

As skateboarding makes its second Olympic appearance following its debut in Tokyo three years ago, one trend remains clear: teenagers dominate the sport. In Paris, 11-year-old Zheng Haohao of China, the youngest Olympian, competed in the women's skateboard park event. The average age of medalists in the women's events was just 15.🤯
In contrast, the men's competitions featured veteran skaters like 49-year-old Dallas Oberholzer from South Africa and 51-year-old Andy Macdonald. Many athletes came to Paris seeking redemption after falling short in Tokyo, leading to intense competitions where the medalists were decided in the final moments.
