148 contestants from all over the world came to Paris for this years Far 'n' high contest. A contest that has been going on for more than 17 years and every year the level of skating seems to exceed the previous one. A crazy Best Trick session and a finals full of bangers. Nederlands Kampioenschap Skateboarden 2024

Check out the highlights from this year's Nederlands Kampioenschap Skateboarden (Dutch Championships) held at the Olympic Skatepark in The Hague! As always, the competition was filled with insane tricks, but this year saw something truly remarkable – two new champions, just 11 and 14 years old, making history as the youngest Dutch champions ever. How skateboarders train | How Olympians Train

Skateboarding made its exciting debut at the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo and immediately caught the attention of a new generation of sports fans. This fast-paced sport comprises two disciplines: street and park. While the street competitions take place in a replica of urban environments, including stairs, railings and benches, the park competitions are held in specially designed concrete pools with different heights and curves.An outstanding example of the fascination of Olympic skateboarding is the youngest medal winner, Sky Brown, who was only 13 years old at the Tokyo Games. This dynamic sport was introduced to attract younger spectators to the Olympic Games and show them that creativity, difficulty, originality and the perfect execution of tricks are the key to success.
