A Life of Surfing As Told By Leah Dawson | Yeti x WSL Leah Dawson grew up a weekend warrior on the nose of her father's board in Florida. As her heart led her to Hawai'i, her creativity for capturing a frame blossomed alongside it. As an integral part of surfing event broadcast teams, her eyes have helped capture some of the most memorable moments in WSL history that were shared with the rest of the world. This is As Told By Leah Dawson. Since it hosted the first Championship Tour event ever in 1976, Sunset Beach has long stood as an old-school test of power surfing. And while timeless rail-to-rail surfing still dominates, a new school of surfers is beginning to redefine the wave with a more modern approach.
