Blue Tomato Plan P – Slopestyle contest kick-off for snowboarders

By now almost traditionally, the QParks Tour starts off at Superpark Planai. Once again, the Blue Tomato Plan P on January 11, 2020 represents a laid-back slopestyle contest for snowboard groms and adults, boys and girls – everyone is more than welcome to participate. During one of 2020’s first freestyle competitions in the Alps, riders have the chance to gain valuable contest experience while also going for cash & rad prizes and points for several freestyle rankings.

Superpark Planai again sticks out with a diverse setup this season which will perfectly unfold during the Blue Tomato Plan P on Jan 11, 2020. Then, motivated riders have the opportunity to show their skills. Professional judges watch the show and evaluate the lines according to the highest snowboarding standards.

With free drinks and snacks for all participants, pumping beats and a decent freestyle crowd on-site, the stage is set for a mint contest. Taking part is well worth it as prizes worth €1,100 are waiting for the winners. Prizes include hard cash as well as sweet goodies from Blue Tomato, Amplifi, Pow Gloves and QParks. The contest’s best snowboard trick is not only rewarded with a €100 voucher from Blue Tomato, but also with the chance to win a surf and yoga holiday for 2 at the Free Spirit Hostel in Ecuador.

Rankings and points

At the Blue Tomato Plan P, riders can collect points for the QParks Tour overall ranking. Besides, they may move up in further points lists. Snowboarders additionally receive points for the World Snowboard Points List, the World Rookie Rank and the Austria Cup Tour.

Freestyle Championships Styria

On top of that, the Blue Tomato Plan P represents the Styrian Freestyle Championships for all snowboarders from the state of Styria. Be on board when the QParks Tour’s first winners and the Styrian champions are awarded.
