About

Foundation info: Grom Nation is a non-profit organisation on Siargao Island in the Philippines. We aim to support local surfers and create a safe space where we can alleviate the effects of poverty through free education and skills training. We provide free surfboard rental and lessons in exchange for children's participation in education and skills programs including homework classes, community health programs and environmental initiatives. We aim to open a surf school that will be open to tourists for board rental and lessons. All profits from the surf school will go toward the local community and funding Grom Nation Programs so please consider us when planning your surfing lessons in Siargao.
