Tanabata Skateboards - Ikigai For two weeks Yuro Nagahara, Sky Brown, André Mariano, Isadora Pacheco, Danno Wooley and the newest member of the Tanabata team, Kairi Matsumoto, skated in several cities in Japan. The result of the sessions you can watch here! "Ikigai" is a Japanese philosophy that seeks the reason for life on Earth, talks about the process of self-knowledge and how certain aspects of life are predestined. Tanabata and his team believe that skateboarding is their reason for living. The last song in the video is by Blessing Beats, musician and professional snowboarder, Yuro's childhood friend, who accompanied the tour during the days in the city of Torami. The guide was Kenya Koto, a local videographer who took the team to all the peaks.
