Nathan Florence wins Surfer of the Year (2024) While the Big Wave Challenge primarily awards single big-wave rides, the most prestigious award of the night is reserved for the rare surfer able to produce multiple "best" rides at different spots around the world. As we know from his multiple nominations (include Best Wipeout and Ride of the Year) as well as the onslaught of big-wave heroics on his ‪@NathanFlorence‬ YT channel, no one is more deserving of the win that NATHAN FLORENCE.
