In March 2026, Absolut Park once again becomes the place where freestyle snowboarding comes first. Spring Battle returns with its unique open-format contest, built around creativity, progression and maximum time on snow.

Europe’s longest-running independent snowboard competition brings together the world’s best riders for a full week of Slopestyle and Rail.

Slopestyle is all about choice and creativity: four days of riding, unlimited runs, and FPV drone filming only. Riders decide which run defines their Spring Battle and submit their personal best at the end of the week.

The Rail Jam goes back to the roots. From March 15–17, 2026, riders battle it out in classic Jam Session format — fast, raw and head-to-head.

Young Talents Shine at Jib King 2025 in Absolut Park

The Jib King 2025 kicked off the Absolut Park contest series with an unforgettable weekend in Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl. Nearly 200 participants across two days brought the Jib Park to life, showcasing the growing excitement around Freeskiing and Freestyle Snowboarding.

AP-Teamrider Mia Langridge (UK) took the win in the female Snowboard Pro Category. For the male counterpart, Petr Ershov (RUS) landed in the top spot. On the Freeski Pro side, Luis Resch (AUT) and Laura Wallner (AUT) delivered stunning performances to secure their wins.

Saturday saw amateurs from Grom, Rookie, and Adult classes shine in the Jib Park’s versatile setup, while Sunday’s spotlight shifted to the iconic Absolut Park Stair Set, with 19 steps and four rails pushing the pros to new heights.

Shoutout to all the riders for showing up giving their all in the Absolutpark Jibpark - can't wait for next years edition!

Jib King 2025 is the winter season kick-off event at AbsolutPark, bringing together snowboarders and freeskiers of all ages and skill levels.
The event thrives on its open atmosphere, community spirit, and high-level contests.

PRO Division - December 14, 2025
The Pro Division at Jib King 2025 brings together the top freeskiers and snowboarders in the categories Women and Men for an elite, high-level contest. Riders compete in a Jam Session format with Qualification and Finals, with the Finals livestreamed on our YouTube -channel for fans worldwide.

As a WSPL Elite Event (https://www.worldsnowboardfederation.org), the Pro Division Snowboard is globally relevant for rankings and attracts some of the best talent in the sport. Fans can follow the action via YouTube livestream, with live commentary by Henry Jackson, while enjoying DJ and Chill House side-events on-site.

The Pro Division also offers a massive prize money, with €1,200 for 1st place, €800 for 2nd, and €500 for 3rd, making it not just a showcase of style and skill, but also a high-stakes competition for top riders.

Registration is free and takes place on the event day at the Chill House, allowing anyone to join spontaneously.

Even as an amateur, you’ll experience the action, spirit, and vibes of Jib King 2025, connect with like-minded riders, and become part of the
snowboarding and freeski community at AbsolutPark.
