World Rookie Camp Hintertux 2024

Are you ready to start your winter season with a bang? The World Rookie Camp Hintertux, taking place from 13th to 17th November 2024 at the picturesque Hintertux Glacier in Austria, is the perfect opportunity to do just that.

Hosted by Ästhetiker and the World Snowboard Federation, this camp is open to snowboarders and freeskiers of all levels, offering professional coaching, incredible park and pipe conditions, and a variety of lifestyle activities.

The World Rookie Camp Hintertux is the ideal way to prepare for the spectacular World Rookie Tour winter season, which includes top-level competitions for both snowboard and freeski. Whether you're a beginner eager to learn the basics or a more experienced rider aiming to sharpen your skills before the big competitions, this camp is the ultimate pre-season training experience.

The camp includes training sessions in freestyle and slopestyle, as well as a video contest where participants can win free entry to the World Rookie Final FS & SNB. Riders will also get a taste of the snowboarding lifestyle through activities like a Natureis Palast photoshoot and trampolining at Kaboom Hall Kaltenbach. The camp ensures that participants leave fully prepared for the intense competition of the World Rookie Tour winter events.

Film crews and photographers will capture every moment, so you’ll have professional footage of your best runs, ready to share with friends or use for training.

€ 730,00 - per Athlete, Coach or Parents, including:

    • Hotel in half board (with breakfast and dinner) for 4 nights from the 13th november till 17th

    • Lift pass from 14 till 17.11.2024 – 4 Lift passes

    • Lift pass for arrival day 13.11.2024 can be ordered additional for € 32,00

ABOUT THE WORLD ROOKIE TOUR

The World Rookie Tour is organized by the Black Yeti ssrl in collaboration with the World Snowboard Federation, National Snowboard, Ski and Skateboard Associations, and selected action sports agencies. It was born in 2005 as a series of youth snowboard events and it consists now of a selection of high-quality International events for snowboard, Freeski, Skateboard and Surf, the so-called "Rookie Fests", reserved for riders under 18's only, in Europe, North and South America, Oceania and Asia. The World Rookie Tour consists not only of competitions: it also features loads of other activities to help rookies to grow in the field of professional action sports, such as photo & video shootings, avalanche, and rescue clinics, meetings with photographers, and international team managers, parties and English talks. Since year zero, it awards tickets to world-class events such as X Games Norway, Audi Nines, The Arctic Challenge, The Air & Style, The World Snowboarding Championships, Red Bull Roller Coaster, Simple Session, Mystic Sk8 Cup, invitations to professional photo & video shootings, and shooting trip all around the world. Every year the tour crowns the World Rookie Champions at the end of the season, during the World Rookie Finals, a unique event format where the best youngsters from almost 30 countries compete and have fun. The Black Yeti is a sport company dedicated to the realization of snowboard, freeski and skateboard projects for boys and girls up to 18 years of age, in Italy and abroad.
